The logistics services Freight Excellence provides ranges from Breakbulk Transport, to Containers, Bulk and Groupage as well as the more specialised Abnormal and Hazchem loads. This service has developed over the years into an extensive infrastructure servicing the whole of South Africa as well as neighboring countries.

• IT Development •
In planning for the long term, the company has invested tens of thousands into IT, developing a software program that can consolidate all the various facets of the transport industry such as containers, bulk, groupage and other types of transport modes into one system. We are now in a position to produce many times faster and more efficiently, enabling us to provide a level of service to our clients which is growing exponentially. In the very near future records pertaining to our clients trading history will be available via a secure link over the internet for our clients. This will enable tracking of current loads and viewing of past loads in a report format that is best suited. Having information available at our fingertips has become a way of life and the growing demands by the various players in the global economy have made it essential.

• Communication •
As a result of the need for enhanced service levels, especially in the transport industry we have made it our goal to provide our clients with a service level that then compounds on the service they in turn provide to their customers. Over and above the facility for our clients to login and view the status of their shipments we will be introducing an SMS and Email update facility alerting our clients as to the status of the consignments.
